By placing an advertisement on MobiCarTech’s website [https://mobicartech.com/], you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Advertising Terms document.
2. Advertisement Approval
All advertisements are subject to review and approval by MobiCarTech. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not meet our standards or is not in alignment with our content.
3. Content Guidelines
Advertisements must adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws. They should not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for advertising services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and NEFT as payment methods. Advertisements will only be published upon receipt of payment.
5. Advertisement Placement
The placement of advertisements on our website is at the discretion of MobiCarTech, unless specific placement details are agreed upon in advance.
6. Duration of Advertisement
The duration of the advertisement display is specified in the agreement between the advertiser and MobiCarTech. Renewal terms can be discussed and agreed upon.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the advertisement or cancellations must be communicated in writing and received by MobiCarTech within 1 week before the scheduled display date.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in cases where MobiCarTech is unable to display the agreed-upon advertisement, or if a cancellation is made within the specified 1-week time frame.
9. Liability
MobiCarTech is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the placement or removal of advertisements on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Advertising Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
